Ruben Manzano never expected this thing to happen after his celebration for the silver medal in 1500 m race. The American had two flags on his hand. One of Usa and the other was from Mexico where he came from. In CNN they accused heavily from this action of Manzano and said it would be best to show one of the two symbols of the countries. We don't know if it is right but he has the right to do whatever he wants.
