10. Sir Matt Busby (SCO)
Busby was one of the greatest managers of all time. A great manager is the person who built a great team and Busby has the honor to build three great teams of his time. In 1945 he joined Manchester United as the great team who won FA cup and league title as well as become the first team to have four runners-up titles in the league. He produced some of great players of all time such as Bobby Charlton and Duncan Edwards. With Charlton ten years later he built another team who won1968 European cup. In addition to European Cup Busby won 5 charity shields, 5 league titles and 2 FA cups as well.
9. Brian Clough (ENG)
Brain is the best manager England had ever in the battle of football and is included in the list of top ten managers of all time because he take a simple provincial team and won the divisional title which shows excellence. Later on he joined the Nottingham Forest. Brain proved himself as the best manager by winning European cup in 1979. He won 4 league cups, 2 division titles, charity shield. 7. Helenio Herrera (ARG)
Helenio is the greatest manager of his time he joined the most famous clubs such as Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan. He was the first person who introduces psychological skills in football that all the players must ensure victory in their mind.
He won 16 major trophies with different clubs and his best time was with Inter Milan where he won 2 European cups and 3 league titles. While in addition to this he won to league titles with both Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. With Barcelona he holds the record to win 2 UEFA cups and Spanish cup.
6. Jock Stein (SCO)
Jock was known as the historian in football when he leads the Lisbon lions an unknown club to a history victory against the world best Inter Milan in 1967. He is known as the best Scottish manager and was a part of the four best managers of all time they include Jock, Busby, Shankly and Ferguson. He was famous because during his time Celtic won ten league titles in which 9 of them were known as winning streak because they were successive victories. In addition to this he also gathered 8 Scottish Cups and 6 Scottish leagues.
5. Vittorio Pozzo (ITA)
Vittorio Pozzo was an Italian and Italy was known as the unbeaten team of that time when he was a manger that is why he is considered as the best manager of all time. He produces a star striker Giuseppe Meazza and they both won two successive World Cups in 134 and 1938. He also won international cups which include Central European Cup and also win Olympic gold medal in 1936.

He won a Cup Winners Cup, 2 European leagues, 3 League Cups, 5 FA cups, 8 charity cups and 10 Premier leagues.
He is the only English manager to have 8 times English Manager of the year with his name and he also declared 4 times as the manger of the year.
