Well he may be a “property” of Chelsea but who is there to say that he is not up for grabs? Definetely not a specific spanish team.

Atletico Madrid is really REALLY interested in signing the German player since coach Simeone holds him in great esteem and appreciates his low profile style and, obviously his amazing skills in scoring and creating opportunities for his teammates. Sure, Chelsea might look at him differently after an amazing World Cup, but if they like him so much why did they sign Diego Costa? Schurrle might not be happy with what he sees to be a recuded playing time and would not say no in a transfer to Spain, playing as a starter in the champions and in the Champions League. He is just 23 and has lots of potential in improving his game, which is another thing that will make Simeone to ask his team’s management to pay the money required to grab him.

Do you think he would fit in Atletico?
