The owner of the restaurant «City Bar» in the city Campinas of São Paulo made ​​a sandwich named «Cristiano Ronaldo» in response to the fact that the national team of Portugal will remain there during the World Cup .

The sandwich contains cod on French bread with garlic, parsley, cheese, olives, onions and olive oil. Still , there is another component called the «CR7».

The price of the sandwich «Cristiano Ronaldo» is 32 Brazilian reais or 14$ but, despite the overwhelming price the owner of the shop claims that in one day he sold 230 sandwiches.

The owner of City Bar, Jose Antonio Dos Santos, said: «The idea came when Cristiano Ronaldo won the ” Golden Ball “as the best player in the world ( … ) . Then I decided to create a sandwich for the best player and the Portuguese represents my choice around the world».
