An absolutely bonkers volley was scored over the weekend in a pre-season friendly between Ajax and Austrian outfit Wacker Innsbruck.



Ajax took just over 90 seconds to open the floodgates in the match, and the goal was an incredible striker from 22-year-old Ruben Ligeon.



After a Lasse Schone’s forward pass was deflected into the path of Ligeon, the right back tried his luck with a volley that nobody expected, and the ball unbelievable arched from right to left to nestle in the far corner.



Ajax ran out 5-1 winners.
