Well Real Madrid has announced the signing of many new players so far and some are still on their way. That doesn’t mean that the team will not renew some contracts.
Starting the Karim Benzema. The French striker will remain in Madrid at least until 2019, since it was announced that he agreed to stay in the team. The 27 year old striker will be paid MORE, but until now the new contract terms haven’t seen the light of day. What is certain, is the fact that he will remain a R.M. player at least for while his prime remains. After all, 72 goals in 159 La Liga games, aren’t a small things, considering that his playing time wasn’t much.
Basically, Ancelotti decided to keep the triangle of Ronaldo/Bale and Benzema in the center of the team’s offense, although som experimentations with the new players are to be expected. It will be interesting to see how Benzema will communicate in the field with Rodriguez or Kroos and, also, how will play without DiMaria’s masterfull passes.
Let’s see!
